Hola!

Sooooo.....we're in an interesting predicament.  Having you continue to work through our Python books doesn't seem like the best use of our time.  Having a lot of experience with it myself, as much "fun" as it is and as rewarding as it can be, with Distance Learning, it would be pretty difficult.  I'm thinking that if you want to continue working through Python, you can do that on your own.    

In an attempt to make life easier for you, we're going back to JavaScript and will be using the JavaScript computer animation and game design lessons from Khan Academy.

1. First, complete the Google Attendance form so you get credit for the week.
2. After completing the Google Attendance Form, you have a quick Two Question survey to complete. Once you've completed the survey, it's time to get started on our new lessons.  
3. Head over to khan academy at https://www.khanacademy.org/ Links to an external site.
   • Log in with your usual @stu.sandi.net
4. Once in, you should see that you are enrolled in the Computer Programing course

    • Period 4 (Year 2 8th Graders ONLY) - https://www.khanacademy.org/join/EYSCZMTG Links to an external site.
    • Period 7 (Year 2 8th Graders ONLY) - https://www.khanacademy.org/join/2S9XVM2H Links to an external site.
  • Once in, you'll see that you have been assigned 7 items.  These items will be completed through Khan Academy.
  • If you have any issues at all, PLEASE reach out or attend our Zoom session.
