Weekly Agenda: 5/11 - 5/15 (YEAR 2 Students ONLY)

THE AGENDA BELOW IS FOR OUR YEAR 2 INTRO TO CODING STUDENTS ONLY

Hola!

We're all finally in Khan Academy!  This week, continue with your work in Khan Academy and should see that you have some new work assigned to you.

  1. First, complete the Google Attendance form so you get credit for the week.
  2. After completing the Google Attendance Form, you have a quick Two Question survey to complete. Once you've completed the survey, it's time to get started on our new lessons.  
  3. Head over to Khan Academy at https://www.khanacademy.org/ Links to an external site.
    • Log in with your usual @stu.sandi.net
  4. Once in, you should see that you are enrolled in the Computer Programing course.
    • The work in Khan Academy should serve as a REVIEW of what we did last year, and then will build to new concepts. 
    • It appears as if many of you are behind.  By the end of the week, you should have completed all levels, challenges, and projects for:
      • Intro to Programing
      • Drawing Basics
      • Coloring
      • Variables
      • Animation Basics
      • Interactive Programs
      • Bonus:  Resizing with Variables
      • Text and Strings
    • The work that has been assigned to you will be graded and scored this weekend.
