COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS

The students in Theatre 2,4,6,8 created and agreed to the following agreements:

1. Create an environment where each person assumes the best of each other without harmful judgement.

2. We will be friendly with one another to make sure that everyone feels accepted and free to express themselves.

3. Treat others how they want to be treated - supportive, kind, and open-minded.

4. Accept where each person is in their process and be respectful and patient with each other.

5. Add onto others ideas rather than cancelling it out.

Keep In Mind

On the very first class session, a quote was read to help remind us how to navigate this moment in history. It reads, "Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light." - Albus Dumbledore. We all have the ability to be the light for ourselves, our peers, and our community by showing kindness and respect. As we learn how to come together in a digital space, we have all struggled at times. Please give yourself and others compassion as it is a steep learning curve.
